In the early stage, we assist customers to complete a complete solution based on their needs. If customers need design services, they need to provide electrical performance parameters and installation structure size drawings.

1. Proofing according to the requirements of customers. Provide a complete letter of acknowledgment for customers to test and confirm, and sign to confirm the samples and acknowledgment. Some products require molds, and the mold costs need to be borne by customers. (If the number of orders reaches a certain number, we can return the corresponding mold costs).

2. After both parties determine the samples and acknowledgment, sign the contract and pay the deposit. The production time starts from the completion of the custom mold.

3. The product delivery time will not exceed 45 days.
