In the initial phase, we assist customers in developing a comprehensive solution tailored to their specific needs. If design services are required, customers are expected to provide electrical performance parameters and installation structure drawings.

1. Proofing is carried out based on customer requirements. A complete acknowledgment letter will be provided for the customer to test, confirm, and sign to approve the samples. For products requiring molds, customers are responsible for the mold costs (however, if the order quantity reaches a certain threshold, we can refund the corresponding mold fees).

2. Once both parties have confirmed the samples and acknowledgment, the contract is signed, and the deposit is paid. Production time begins once the custom mold is completed.
